Healy & Co has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website: www.healy-co.com.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. We use cookies to process the information being submitted to our registration wizard, and to authenticate users. Information gathered for these purposes is never disseminated outside Healy & Co for any reason. If users opt to exclude cookies they still have full access to the public portion of our site, as well as a version of our job registration wizard which does not use cookies.

Our site's job registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the applicant when necessary. Resumes are collected, and are required from all applicants in order to be submitted for employment, however it is NOT required that applicants submit resumes through the internet. All other information requested is strictly optional, and need not be submitted.

All contact information will be removed from the applicants resume prior to being shared with companies seeking potential candidates. No other information will be shared with the requesting company without the direct involvement of the applicant.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. With the exception of access information to secure portions of our site (all access information is encrypted), no visitor information is stored on the Healy & Co web host server. All information submitted is stored in a secure location that cannot be accessed via the internet. No information gathered is shared in any way with any entity outside of Healy & Co without the express verbal or written permission of the visitor.

Using e-mail addresses provided at registration or otherwise, Healy & Co periodically sends out e-mail newsletters and promotional e-mail to our users about services and products offered by Healy & Co. Users can indicate that they do not wish to receive e-mail information from Healy & Co.

 

Children's Guidelines

While our site is freely accessible to children, it contains no content directed towards children, or which would be objectionable for children to view. We do not accept registrations from children,. Any information gathered which is not specifically about a legal adult, or a minor (minor being defined as a person between the age of 16 and 18 years of age) with a valid work permit and requisite experience, will be immediately purged from all of our databases.
