Eileen Healy Eileen Healy is Chief Executive Officer of Healy & Co, a successful telecom network engineering services company she found din 1995, focused on designing next generation and existing telecom networks. Eileen combines deep experience designing large public networks, strong analytical and strategic skills, and years of successful service delivery to maintain Healy & Co's key role in major telecom infrastructure projects. Her experience rangers from hands-on telecommunications engineering to industry analysis at such well-known companies as AT&T, Pacific Bell Mobile Services and the Gartner Group. In the broader industry, Eileen has served as an officer in ATIS and is currently the Finance and Budget Chairwoman for the QuEST Forum. She holds a patent for a market demand forecast methodology and has used this tool in strategic network studies for global industry associations. Eileen holds an electrical engineering degree from the University of California at Berkeley and is a member of the IEEE.

Richard CollinsRichard Collins is a key strategic thinker at Healy & Co and also serves as Healy's Chief Financial Officer. Rich's industry experience is world-class having held senior financial positions at several subsidiaries and divisions of SBC Pacific Bell. He also was the founder and CEO of The Messaging Alliance, a joint venture of Bell Atlantic, Pacific Telesis, Americtech and NYNEX where he guided the industry toward standardized unified messaging. Rich is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Executive MBA program and UCLA (BA in economics).

Yno Gonzales Yno Gonzalez is the Senior Vice President of Network Services for Healy & Co, responsible for all customer engagements. Prior to Healy, Yno served as an Officer of AT&T within Network Operations with Contingency Planning, Program Management and Network Regulatory Responsibilities. During Yno's 30 year tenure with Pacific Bell, SBC and AT&T, he held various leadership roles including SVP — AT&T Long Distance and President — SBC Long Distance. Yno led SBC's successful launch into Consumer and Business Long Distance in its 14 state territory and later its integration into AT&T Long Distance. Yno serves as Executive Director of the Mt. Diablo / Silverado Chapter of the Boy Scouts of America, the Foundation Board for University of Texas — Pan American, and on the Industry Board of Mathematics, Engineering and Science Achievement (MESA). Yno holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California and attended the ATI Program for Executives at Carnegie Mellon University.

Chuck Hensley Chuck Hensley leads Smart Project® programs at Healy & Co. Prior to Healy, Chuck serviced as a senior executive at an RBOC and a competitive carrier where he managed multi-billion dollar capital budgets. Through these experiences in both business and technical management skills, Chuck offers a unique ability to make balanced recommendations to Healy customers. Chuck completed the Senior Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and holds a BA from California State University at Long Beach.
