In this position, the Market Cell site coordinator will interface with different levels of management and department while representing the company. The position is responsible for planning and executing all cell site task’s, pertaining to the responsible region. The Market Cell site coordinator will use management as a point of escalation when issues arise. Travel maybe required in this position. This position reports directly to the Director of Network Services.
This position requires knowledge of business, principles, telecommunications, telephony accounting, finance, negotiation skills and a focus on internal and external customer service. Strong organization, multi-tasking, follow-up, resource coordination and customer service skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Strong project management skills and proven ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Some travel may be required Hands on experience with MS Office tools, MSProject, MS Word and Excel. Highly desired knowledge and experience with Remedy applications, transport facilities design and provisioning lifecycle, FCC 1 Access Services Education/Experience: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in telecommunications and supervisory.
