Position
Candidate will be provide mobile to mobile intercarrier coordination. Also they will perform optimization planning and implementation. Facilitate all traffic engineering work orders, transport work orders, and escalate as necessary. Generate and track Work Orders, generate Cut Sheets and update as necessary. Monthly forecasting reports must be generated. Update and track quality metrics on a weekly basis. Host daily/weekly status calls as necessary. Person will be in continual contact with clients regarding the status of orders.
Must have 3-5 years working knowledge of GRANITE/Xng, Engineering Db applications, Latis Pro, and be familiar with transport engineering lifecycle, traffic management, and order management. Knowledge of LEC ordering tools is essential. The candidate must have transmission design experience including knowledge of circuit terminology, e.g., SONET, DS3 and voice grade. Microsoft Office Suite and overall good computer skills are required. Education requirements; BS, BA, some college.
