Position
This position is for a Business Analyst, whose duties will include reviewing and analyzing circuit order spreadsheets; Maintain activity trackers for multiple geographic client regions; Provide advice and support to clients and staff on issues or concerns that affect order processing and network provisioning; Assess and communicate change management issues and provide resolution to staff and client on a frequent basis; Work with multiple engineering and provisioning groups to obtain data required related to network activity.
Expertise in developing and maintaining EXCEL workbooks; Experience and applied knowledge of telecommunications supplier applications, service ordering, billing, or other OSS related to network products and services. Self Starter with ability to work closely with clients, staff, and team members on multiple projects and tasks. Familiar with network service products like SONET, Switched and Special Access. Excellent written and communications skills that will be applied on a regular basis to prepare reports, and deliver status on projects.
